ESPERANZA ESTATES HOA DIRECTOR ELECTION

Source: Ken Linderman

Due to increased postage costs and the significant labor that paper ballots require, we are

using Electronic Voting again for the upcoming Director Election.

The election ballots will be sent out tomorrow morning. You will receive an access code and a password in the ballot email. This shows up below the link for the voting address. Please note that your access code will be your Lot #, and your password will be an abbreviated address (i.e. 179napa).

The access code and password must be entered exactly as it appears in

the email of the voting request. I think you might want to write these down before opening the voting window.

On the ballot, there is a line under each candidate's choice. If you click on

that, it will give you more information on the candidate before you vote. Have fun with

this. I hope this is more exciting than filling out a paper ballot and stuffing it in the right

envelope to send back.

Please let me know if you have questions or problems, Ken Lindeman, eesecy@gmail.com

or text me at 970-232-4129.

4th ANNUAL ORPHANS' CHRISTMAS DINNER 2025

Source: Connie Scorza and Lynn Noble

Please join us for the Orphans' Christmas Dinner! So many of us don’t have family in the area to celebrate the holidays, and no one should spend them alone. Last year was another great success, with over 65 people in attendance. It was a great time!

With everyone bringing a dish, there is a smorgasbord of delights certain to put you in the Christmas spirit. Don’t spend the day alone! Come join your neighbors and friends at the Ramada.

Get in touch with Connie or Lynn. We will ask you to bring an appetizer, main dish, vegetable/salad, or dessert. Please RSVP by 12/23/2025 so we have an idea of how many tables need to be set up.

This is a BYOB (and glassware).  Plates, napkins, and utensils will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there! Merry Christmas!

Date: 12/25/2025

Time: 1:00 p.m.

Where: Ramada at EE

CONTACT: Connie Scorza – 541-647-8755 or Lynn Noble – 406-794-2509 if any questions.
