ESPERANZA ESTATES HOA DIRECTOR ELECTION

Source: Ken Lindeman

For those who are still waiting to vote, the election ballots have been sent via email. They

came to you from “Esperanza Estates Homeowners Association.” An access code and a

password are in the ballot email. This shows up below the link for the voting address. Please note, your access code will be your Lot #, and your password will be an abbreviated address (i.e., 179napa).

The access code and password must be entered exactly as it appears in

the email of the voting request. You might want to write these down before opening the

voting window.

On the ballot, there is an information line under each candidate choice. If you click on that, it will give you more information on the candidate before you vote.

Please let me know if you have questions or problems, Ken Lindeman, eesecy@gmail.com

or text me at 970-232-4129.

Bocce Update

Source: Kevin Welch

The HOA Board, at the December meeting, approved a capital project to build two bocce courts with up to $20,000 from the capital reserves. It will be located at the west end of Calma in the common area between Calma and the wash. This will add a quality amenity to the HOA that homeowners of all ages can utilize.

Construction will utilize volunteer labor from the HOA and begin in January.

Donations are being solicited to defray the additional costs to equip the courts and provide seating and shade. Contact Cyndie Alto to donate. Ken Lindeman is the project manager, and John Nesavich will oversee the HOA's expenditures.
