Early Dismissal Process

We have a special program and schedule on Friday, January 25th, as we celebrate the life and work of Civil Rights leader, Martin Luther King, Jr. If you need to dismiss your child early, please be sure to send your child to school with an early dismissal note as it will be too disruptive to page students over the intercom system during the assembly. Details for early dismissal can be found here and on the homepage of the WMS website .

Action Required!
Join Our New Facebook Closed Group
Due to privacy concerns, we have decided to change our presence on Facebook. Instead of a public page, we are moving to a closed group, with membership approval by our admins. This will create a more private space for us to communicate with our school community, and give us more flexibility to share photos and videos with you. Only admins will be able to post in the group. Staff members are welcome to join!
During the transition period, we will post in both the public page and the closed group, but we’d like to transition as soon as possible.
More Action Required! Other Parent Checklist items:
  1. Register in our opt-in, online family directory, My School Anywhere. Access contact information for everyone within the Wayland Public School system online or through an app. You must register to be included
  2. Check out other ways to support our school. Register for Stop & Shop Rewards, Amazon Smile, collect Box Tops, use our Green Team textiles recycling. Help our school by doing what you do every day!
