Welcome back, Summit families!

I think it goes without saying that we all wish we could be together on our campus as we begin a new school year. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the reopening process. Our faculty and staff have been working hard to adapt and strengthen our practices in order to provide a quality Remote Learning experience for our students until in-person classes resume. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

COMING UP
VIRTUAL PARENT ORIENTATION (8/17/20)
A parent orientation video will be sent out today at 7:00 p.m. This video will serve as a greeting from our faculty and staff and will address various information pertaining to the upcoming school year.

SUPPLY PICKUP GRADES 1-12 (8/19/20)
There will be a drive-by drop-off/pickup of supplies for ALL STUDENTS in grades 1-12 from 9:00-3:00. All supplies other than those intended for individual use should be placed in the trunk or rear of the vehicle. When you pull up to the designated space a staff member will unload your student’s supplies. Materials and textbooks which need to go home for remote learning will be placed in your vehicle. No parent or student will be allowed in the building at this time.

PARENT/STUDENT MEET & GREET GRADES 1-12 (8/20/20)
We will have a physically distanced in-person introduction for students to meet their teachers and classmates in the back lawn of our campus this Thursday.

Masks are required. Only one parent/guardian (no siblings) should be in attendance. Please see this recent communication for further details.

SCHOOL LUNCH PLAN
If you have not already done so, please select a school lunch plan at this time if you wish your student to receive school lunch. Students have the option of purchasing lunch on Mondays and Fridays.

17TH ANNUAL MOUNTAINTOP BREAKFAST
Planning is in progress for our largest fundraiser of the year, the Mountaintop Breakfast. This year's event will take place on Thursday, October 22, 10:00 a.m. at... your desk! Or couch, kitchen table, backyard patio, or wherever you might be. Yes, this year's event will be VIRTUAL! Mindful of current circumstances, we are planning an engaging online experience with many of the same components as our typical in-person event plus some new additions. More details to come.
