One component of self-care that is often overlooked is related to your money. Gaining more knowledge and control of your finances will benefit your well-being by increasing confidence, reducing stress, and empowering you to invest in your future self. Kim Damiani will be covering practices that will help you get where you want to go, financially.
Stanford Blood Center looking for host sites
Blood drives needed in Pleasanton area
Stanford Blood Center is interested in partnering with local businesses and organizations to hold community blood drives in the near future. As part of the Stanford Healthcare/Valley Care entity, our goal is to bring convenient blood donation opportunities to members of the Tri-Valley community to ensure local hospitals have blood products available for the patients they serve.

During this pandemic, it has been challenging to collect an adequate supply of blood donations on an ongoing basis, as our long term partners are not able to hold blood drives. If you are interested in learning more, please email Karen Hendryk, the Donor Recruitment Manager.
