| | Senior Parent Graduation Ceremony Committee Meetings Scheduled | |
Hollister High School Graduation Coordinator Ryan De La Rosa, invites all senior parents and guardians to join the Senior Parent Graduation Ceremony Committee. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16, from 7-8 p.m. in the Student Union. This will be an informational session where families can learn more about the committee’s role in planning a meaningful graduation ceremony for our seniors. At the conclusion of this session, parents and guardians will also have the opportunity to sign up if they are interested in joining.
If you are unable to attend in September, there will be another opportunity to sign up at our next meeting on Tuesday, October 14, (7-8 p.m.). We look forward to working together to create a memorable and special celebration for the Class of 2026!

| | Stadium Rules and Expectations | |
To ensure a safe and enjoyable game day experience, please review these key rules before arriving at Andy Hardin Stadium. The Balers' home openers for JV and varsity are this Friday, Aug. 29 at 5 p.m. (JV) and 7:30 p.m. (varsity):
✅ Tickets: Purchase online through GoFan only (no cash sales at the gate).
✅ Bags: No bags, backpacks, or purses allowed. Exceptions: clear bags, diaper bags, and medically necessary items (all subject to search).
✅ Prohibited Items: Alcohol, drugs, tobacco/vape, cannabis, weapons, fireworks, noisemakers, skateboards, bikes, pets (except service animals), and outside food/drink containers.
✅ Entry: Metal detector screening required. No re-entry once you leave. Entry allowed until the start of the 4th quarter.
✅ Student Requirements:
- HHS & visiting school students must show current school ID.
- K–8 students must be accompanied by an adult.
- Non-HHS or non-visiting high school students must apply for an HHS Guest Pass (due by the Monday before the game).
- ✅ Behavior: No loitering, heckling, or altercations. Violators will be ejected and may face bans from future events.

The Baler Pak, available for sale in the Haybaler Webstore on the school website, at the Student Payment Center in the lobby of the main administration building, or during picture days on campus, includes an ASB stamp, a reserved copy of the 2025-26 yearbook and a Baler-themed duffel bag, all for $125. The ASB stamp saves students money on admission to dances, air jams, drama productions, concerts, and other events, including free admission to regular season home sporting events. The ASB stamp is $55 if purchased separately and the yearbook is $75 by itself. October 1st is the deadline to purchase the Baler Pak.
| | Picture Make-Up Days in September | Picture day retakes are scheduled for Monday, Sept. 8 and Tuesday, Sept. 9 in the old cafeteria on main campus. Pictures can be taken before school, at break or lunch and after school until 3:30 p.m. Smart Passes will also be given to students. More information to follow. | |
