Where Will Nordstrom FCU Be Next?

Our team has several Puget Sound area store visits planned this June, and we’re excited to connect with more of the Nordstrom community along the way.

If you see us in your store, stop by and say hello! We’d love to answer questions, share updates, and connect with you in person.

Keep an eye out...we just might be visiting your store soon!

TURN REFERRALS

Into Summer Extras

Summer expenses have a way of adding up. A few referrals could help make things a little easier.

When you refer a coworker or family member who opens an account, you’ll both receive $40* as a thank-you. And don’t forget, you can refer up to 10 people each year, earning up to $400 in referral rewards.

Already referred someone this year? Keep going! More referrals mean more chances to earn a little extra for gas, groceries, summer fun, or whatever your season brings.

Know someone who could benefit?

*You must be an existing Nordstrom FCU Member to make a referral. The new member must qualify for membership by being a Nordstrom employee or the family member of a current credit union member. $40 will be paid via deposit into the Nordstrom FCU savings account of each member 60 days after the new member has opened their account. Both members must be members in good standing in order to receive the $40 incentive. A member may receive up to 10 referral bonuses ($400) in a calendar year. Program and amounts are subject to change at any time without notice. Federally insured by NCUA.

EASY WAYS TO MAKE SUMMER
Feel Like Summer

You don’t need a big vacation to enjoy the season. Sometimes the best summer moments are the simple ones.

Here are a few easy ways to soak up a little more summer this year:

  • Visit a local farmers' market and try something new
  • Have a picnic dinner instead of eating indoors
  • Watch a sunset without checking your phone
  • Make a summer playlist for drives or walks
  • Freeze fruit for an easy warm-weather snack

Small moments have a way of becoming the memories we remember most. Sometimes, slowing down a little is the best part of summer!

STAY VIGILANT AND
Protect Your Money

Fraudsters are getting more convincing, but a few simple habits can go a long way in helping keep your accounts safe. Here are a few important reminders:

  • Never share one-time passcodes or online banking login information. Legitimate companies, including your Credit Union, will never ask for them.
  • Pause before clicking links in texts or emails. Scammers often create messages that look urgent or realistic to get personal information quickly. When in doubt, contact the company directly using a trusted phone number or website. You can also search suspicious messages online to see if others have already identified them as scams.
  • Watch for unusual payment requests. Gift cards, wire transfers, and peer-to-peer payment apps are common red flags in scams.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels off, slow down and verify before responding.

Staying cautious doesn’t mean being worried. It just means taking a moment to protect yourself and your information.

If you ever receive a suspicious message involving your accounts, let us know immediately.
