In case you haven't seen the news, the LPEA Board of Directors voted this week to approve the special retirement of $1.5 million in capital credits to you, our members. This means you could receive a credit on your bill in June or July. See below for more details.

LPEA director election season is also here and your ballot should arrive any day. Educate yourself on the candidates and make an informed vote for your district's representative. Ballots are due June 16th at 4 p.m. To hear the election results announced live, REGISTER for LPEA's partial virtual annual meeting on June 17th at 6 p.m.

In other news, learn how we can prevent wildfires this season and celebrate the seven local high school seniors awarded scholarships this year.
