Please mark your calendars for the annual Monica Soup Supper on Tuesday, February 18, from 5:00-7:00 pm.
All OCCS families are involved in this fundraiser!
You will find the work schedule, food assignments, and recipes on the Monica website and attached to this email.
Please bring your food labeled with masking tape to the kitchen by 9:00am on the day of the Soup Supper, then mark your name off the list. Be sure soup and tavern are cold, but NOT FROZEN.
If you need ice cream buckets to transport soup and tavern meat, they are available to pick up in the office. Please wash them before you use them.
If you are not able to work your assigned shift, you are responsible to find someone to trade with. Contact Gina Poppema (712-395-0942 or email@example.com) with any changes made to the schedule. All soup supper workers who have shoulder length hair or longer must have it pulled back while you work your shift.
NOTE: Any leftover soup and tavern will be sold immediately following the soup supper. First come, first served. No reservations.
