MACC is excited to partner with Monongahela Main Street Program and host upcoming Grow with Google workshops!  

Google Digital Coach, Josh Miller will lead two sessions on Monday, September 18 to help local entrepreneurs build their businesses with online tools, features and resources.  

The 12:00 session is designed for businesses with an emerging online presence. The 4:00 session will cover more advanced topics related to improving online operations and customer engagement. Space is limited, so please register in advance.

MACC Member of the Month
The MACC Board of Directors would like to congratulate Dead Head Winery for being an exemplary member of the Monongahela Area Chamber of Commerce.

Located at 300 2nd St. in downtown Monongahela, Dead Head allows for a unique experience to enjoy a variety of wines and live music in a freshly renovated space.  

The Dead Head space is fully functional with a wine production area, a spacious tasting room and an outdoor concert venue. Mike proudly named his business, Dead Head Winery, and the name was created two-fold; the century old building was once a funeral home and his Grandma Mary Kissling’s profession was of a beautician to those who passed away, so Dead Head Winery was a perfect fit.

Community Announcements
Dear Community Members,

It is with a mix of emotions that I am announcing my resignation from the role of Executive Director with the Monongahela Area Chamber of Commerce to pursue the development of my own small business.

Over the last two years my husband and I have been able to operate our small farm together while both working full time. However, it is becoming clear that as his career progresses, and Rabbit Hollow Farm LLC grows, I am no longer able to dedicate the time and attention that an organization as important as MACC deserves.

The past 14 months have been a joy, and an incredible privilege to work alongside such a dynamic and dedicated group of community members. I am grateful for the camaraderie and memories I have made during my time here, and I am confident that MACC will continue to flourish under capable leadership.
