PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Parents,

Our school’s website is in the process of being converted to a new, easier to navigate, more accessible format. During the transition time, the website may be slightly out of date for a short time until the new site is published. Please forgive the temporary inconvenience. We think you will be pleased with the final product. If you have questions about the accuracy of something you are seeing on the site, please check with your teacher(s) or the school office. Thank you for your patience.

Speaking of patience, it is about to pay off with the completion of the main playground structure. The installation is well underway. Once we get a firm deadline, we will hold a brief ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate this new addition to our site. Stay tuned for details. And if you haven’t checked out the progress, come on by before or after school. It is going to be great! Thanks to all of the families who contributed to the Montair Foundation!

Here’s to another great week of learning together!

Ondi Tricaso
Principal
We have a very special Pledge in November.

Please have your child participate in November's Pledge to Humanity by bringing in coins into their classrooms.

*SIGN UPS to attend the November 7th meeting are currently full.

For this next Pledge we will be focusing our efforts on outreach . Outreach to local homeless to help them stay warm in the upcoming cold months, and outreach to a very special person in need.

Jars will be placed in all classrooms over the next week for "Kids collecting change for a change". ALL proceeds will go to aid in a very specific cause.... To help a very special person in need, achieve a better quality of life. Scott  is a very humble man that one of our Montair families has had the honor of getting to know. He suffers from a degenerative neurologic condition, making nearly impossible for him to walk, and is need of some help.   Scott needs a new bed and new flooring in his home in order to make his difficult life a bit easier. So please... send any spare change you may have around the house to school with your kids over the next two weeks,(starting October 26th) and they can deposit in the marked jars in their class. Together we are powerful and can make a wonderful change in Scott's life.

On November 7th we will be putting together "cozy paks" for homeless and organizing the funds collected for Scott.

Thank you,

Robin Clark
