Registration is open for middle school (Div B) and high school (Div C) teams. Register a team today for the Montana Science Olympiad state tournament! Teams are not obligated to compete in every event and smaller, first year teams are encouraged to participate!

Museum of the Rockies · STEM Night |
A perennial favorite for students and adults alike, the Museum of the Rockies STEM Night offers complimentary admission to the museum and all the exhibits, planetarium shows, and demonstrations by MSU departments, student clubs, and STEM affiliates. And of course, pizza!

Talks & Tours: After the morning of competitions and before the awards ceremony, students, coaches, and chaperones are encouraged to attend a Talks & Tours hosted by MSU researchers and departments. Hosted throughout campus from 1-2pm on tournament day, students learn about cutting edge MSU research, tour fascinating STEM labs, or attend a campus tour with the office of admissions. There are many options to choose from! Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Watch for registrations in early February. Learn More HERE

Code of Ethics, Photo Release, and Liability Forms: New this year, photo releases, code of ethics, and release of liability forms will be provided through DocuSign rather than Scilympiad. Our goal is to streamline the process for you, stay tuned for more information!

Thanks to a generous contribution from the Gianforte Family Foundation, this year's winning Div B and Div C teams in the state tournament will each receive $5000 to support travel to the national tournament at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on May 23-24, 2025.
