  • Hotel Room Blocks: Local hotels have generously offered room rate discounts for teams. Check back frequently as additional hotels are confirmed.


  • Coach Office Hours: An opportunity for coaches to ask questions with the SMRC staff, and collaborate with each other. Beginning January, 2025


  • Student Webinars: 50-minute Q&A sessions where students can ask an Event Supervisor questions about the event. Coaches and volunteers are welcome to attend and observe. Beginning January, 2025


  • Museum of the Rockies STEM Night: A perennial favorite, Museum of the Rockies will again host STEM night, Monday, March 3rd with complimentary admission to the museum and planetarium, exhibits and activities by STEM colleagues, and pizza!

Yale Young Global Scholars Program: Yale University is hosting a prestigious two-week experience, allowing Division C students from 150 countries and 50 U.S. states to experience university life, explore STEM topics, and engage with peers on a global scale.
