Graduation is June 23
Out 145th graduating class commencement will take place on Tuesday, June 23 at 7:00PM. Graduating senior and parent seating procedures will be announced this upcoming week.

For all other family and friends, there will be a Facebook Live broadcast feed of our graduation ceremony. It will go live at 7:00PM on June 23.
MCPS App Rolling Out!
Keep your eyes out for notification about our MCPS App, coming to iOS and Android! It will be a one-stop portal to all of the important info and apps that we use at Montgomery Catholic!

Family Profile Update and PowerSchool
Family Profile Update - Opens June 15
It's that time again! The Family Profile Update will go live on June 15. This process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year. An email for each individual student will be sent to the primary Montgomery Catholic family email address. The FPU MUST be submitted for students to be completely registered at Montgomery Catholic. Laptop agreement forms are now part of the FPU. Returning students in grades 10-12 may not pick up laptops until the FPU is completed.

  • PowerSchool Parent and Student Portal Opens July 13
  • The PowerSchool parent and student portal will open on July 13 for all families and students who have completed the Family Profile Update by July 12.
  • Any families who submit FPUs after July 12 must wait 2 business days after submission before the PowerSchool portal will open.
  • If you have any issues with the FPU, please contact your campus office for assistance.
Laptop Pickup for Returning Students (10th-12th)
June 24-25 and July 13-14,10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in the Library
Returning sophomore, junior, and senior students who turned in laptops for summer re-imaging may pick up their laptops during this time.

Before any laptops will be released, families MUST:
  • be current with the Business Office
  • have completed the Family Profile Update

Laptop agreement forms are now part of the Family Profile Update , which will be sent to Montgomery Catholic family email addresses on June 15. The FPU must be completed and submitted before laptops can be released.

New High School Students in grades 10-12 will receive laptops during the first week of school.
All Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School Students in grades 1-12 are responsible for Summer reading and math work. Assignments will be due at the beginning of the school year. Click on the links below for details.
Senior Portrait Sessions
Congrats! Your senior year is finally here! Kick off this exciting time by honoring the tradition of senior portraits with The Total Image Studio.

Athletics & Marching Band/Color Guard Forms on DragonFly Max
Great news! We are going paper-free for athletics paperwork! Use  DragonFly Max  to upload all of your required physical forms for athletics, marching band, and color guard, and to upload any additional required forms.

You can use the DragonFly Max mobile app ( instructions here ) or visit their website at  www.dragonflymax.com

Please note:  Parents should be signing up for  DragonFly Max  accounts. Students can be added once a parent account is made.
7th - 12th Grades: The 19-20 Alabama High School Athletic Association required concussion and consent forms are now available on our website. Please print, sign ( student and parent) and submit both forms as soon as possible to be eligible for sports, per the AHSAA. Forms can be found at MCPS Athletics Forms

All students who will be participating in Band, Color Guard, and Athletics must have a current physical on file with the school office. You can download a copy of the physical form by clicking here or by visiting our Athletics Forms page.
Immunization Forms for 2020-2021
Don't forget that per the Alabama Department of Public Health, all students must have a current Certificate of Immunization (previously known as "Blue Sheet") on file before returning to school. These can be obtained from your pediatrician or the county health department.
PTC Used Uniform Sale
We will be taking in  BAGGED  used school uniforms for the  PTC Uniform Sale . Families may receive proceeds from the sale of their items or they can donate uniform items to the school and proceeds will go to MCPS.

Families wanting to  SELL  their items should do the following:

  1. Mark your items individually with an index card.
  2. Include your name, address, phone, size of item & asking price on the card (whole dollar amounts only please).
  3. Safety pin index card (with information) to each item and FOLD ALL ITEMS IN A BAG. 
  4. If you plan to pick up your unsold items after the sale, add a RED R with a CIRCLE around it to the bottom of the tag ®. Items without a RED R will be donated. 
  5. Unsold items marked with the RED R on the index card can be picked up in the library the day after the sale.
  6. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for proceeds will be mailed to families in late September.

Families wanting to  DONATE  uniform items to the school should do the following:
  • Please send clean uniform items to your campus office in a brown paper sack marked “Donated Uniforms”.

The  PTC Used Uniform Sale  will be on  Monday, July 20 from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM  in the  Middle/High School campus library . Come and browse a great selection of gently used uniforms, just in time to refresh your student's wardrobe for the new school year! We will have uniforms for all grades, from K4 to 12th.

**If you donated uniforms for the sale and they do not sell on July 20, you may pick up your unsold items from the main campus library on  Tuesday, July 21 from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM .

Southern School Uniforms is having a sale, so it's a great time to stock up. Through the whole month of June, save 10% off your purchase!

Also, layaway now and save an extra 10% on tax-free weekend!

Although our store is now open, we STRONGLY encourage everyone to purchase their items through our website if they are able at www.zoghbyuniforms.com . Items can be shipped to you, held for tax free day pickup, or picked up by you at your convenience. Our stores will be staffed as they always are, but we will be following all guidelines possible to help keep our customers, building and staff safe from further spreading of the Covid-19 virus.

Shopping earlier eliminates in store waiting, as July through the middle of August will be extremely busy in the store.

We are sad to see you go! If you have not already done so, please take a moment to complete and return the Intent to Withdraw form so that we can prepare your child's transcript. For more information, please contact the appropriate campus or our business office.

Email reminder for families not returning: MCPS family and student email addresses for those not returning for the 2020-21 school year will be deleted on June 26, 2019. Please make note and remove any information that you need to keep prior to June 26.

***Email addresses assigned to graduating seniors from the class of 2020 will be deleted on September 8, 2020.
