Let's explore really delicious holiday dishes with Mediterranean flair to incorporate into your celebrations without feeling weighed down. Learn how to make a delicious, healthy meal in this cooking demonstration with Chef Christine Van Bloem of the Empty Nest Kitchen.
More about Christine Van Bloem:
With over 20 years of experience as a cooking instructor, Christine has taught thousands of home chefs how to have fun while cooking well. Christine has been teaching cooking for a long, long time. She is still excited to cook, teach, and share with you. If you’ve got a question, she’ll work hard to give you an answer so that you’re better and more confident in the kitchen. Christine's philosophy is simple:
- It’s a meal, not a mortgage.
- Real food is the most important factor in good cooking.
