Voter Registration -Obtain a Registration form for voting at the City Clerk's office. Visit the City Clerk's office during business hours. You will need to present your Driver's License or State ID. If your driver's license or state ID does not have your current address, you will also need two other forms of identification that will verify your current address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. If you do not have a Driver's License or State ID we will accept the last four digits of your Social Security number and two other forms of identification that will verify your current address. Wisconsin still allows voter registration on election day, so you can bring the proper identification to the polling place on the day of the election and register there.
