MONTHLY LIFESTYLE & COMMUNICATIONS REPORT
RESIDENT ENGAGEMENT

  • The Toys for Tots drive started and will end December 11th, with the Toys for Tots Gala.
  • Sock Drive has begun. Socks going to the local Boys and Girls Club
  • Gingerbread Contest, with collaboration with HTC Women's Club begin sign ups.
  • Lifestyle Director met with members of the NAC for resident engagement on events.
  • Lifestyle Survey went out to entire community on November 22nd.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
  • A continuation of BuzzBox mobile has been a success with multiple haircuts scheduled with the vendor. We have started scheduling out through 2022.
  • A continuation of Active Minds and NFL PickEms for regular programming.
  • The Fall Art and Arts and Crafts Festival was opened to the public, and a huge success.
  • The Clubhouse decorating happened on November 30th and was opened to the community.
EVENTS & PROGRAMMING
  • Food Truck Mondays have come to an end on November 15th. Our truck was Beujos Pizza, which was a huge success.

COMMUNICATIONS
  • Lifestyle continues to send two scheduled e-blasts per week to our residents announcing community updates, events, and club & group happenings. The email list consists of 1726 recipients. This is an increase of 17 recipients from October.
  • HTC Lifestyle Opportunities: this is our Monday e-blast which is focused solely on Lifestyle events, Clubhouse announcements, and resident-run club & group announcements. Monday's e-blast had an average open rate of 65%, with an average click rate of 9% for the month of November.
  • Lifestyle/Association Combined: this is our Thursday e-blast that includes the same information from Monday with the addition Metro district information. The average open rate was 65.5%, with an average open rate of 9.25% for the month of November.
  • Our Open and Click rates have consistently stayed well above Industries Overall Average Open and Click rates of 22.6% and 1.4% respectively.
  • Occasionally additional e-blasts are sent in the event of unexpected event updates such as board meeting date changes, or event reminders.
  • We continuously update the Master HOA website to reflect current lifestyle events, club & group offerings, fitness classes, and clubhouse information.
  • The lobby TV runs a continuous PowerPoint advertising our current Lifestyle events, and clubhouse contacts. The PowerPoint is updated at least weekly, if not daily.
  • A flyer binder is located at the front desk. This binder contains one flyer from each event, fitness class, and any information our clubs & groups wish to advertise. This binder is meant to aid those residents that would like to see a physical copy of the flyers as opposed to seeing it digitally via email, TV, or website.
  • Our monthly newsletter was available for our residents in print form and digitally on the Master HOA website. Please click below to view November's newsletter.
