We at the Southeastern Michigan MLS are proud to announce that our leadership worked on behalf of you, our members, to ensure that the recently approved Certificate of Occupancy Inspections for the City of Flat Rock would not be required or enforced on properties that close prior to September 1, 2020. As soon as our leadership was aware of the new requirement, they worked diligently to ensure that no deals currently scheduled to close would be held up due to the change.
We are extremely grateful for the time and effort our leadership team put in to ensure a smooth transition into the new requirement.
