What are Monthly Indicators? 
ShowingTime provides a monthly look at key real estate trends, such as the number of homes for sale, changes in prices and current inventory*, for an entire market or a specific segment. 
This report breaks down the data by Single Family, Townhouse/Condo, New Listings, Pending Sales, Closed Sales, Days on Market Until Sale, Median Sales Price, Average Sales Price, Percent of List Price Received, Housing Affordability Index, Inventory of Homes for Sale and Month’s Supply of Inventory.

Showings Report

What is the ShowingTime Showings Report? 
This report, available with FastStats, can be used to determine buyer interest, calculate total showings and see the number of listings for a given time frame. It breaks down showings into price ranges such as $300,001 to $450,000 or $150,000 and below. It can be segmented for a particular county or give you the totals for an entire area.

My MLS/Association provides members with access to MarketStats and I’m excited to jump in! How do I get started?
In most markets, to get started you can log in to your MLS and, from there, choose MarketStats / InfoSparks / FastStats (varies by MLS) from the list of products you’ll see at the top menu.
If this is your first time logging in, we highly recommend making the User Manual & FAQ your first stop. You can find that section at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

How can I access additional MarketStats FAQs and tips?
