How long have your served as a member of the Board?
I joined Feb 2017 as board member. Currently, I am Vice President of the Chamber Board.
I would welcome your insight and experiences on how together we can drive a local economy that boosts our standard of living and lifestyle, and positively cultivates our next generations.
What aspect of your Board involvement do you most enjoy?
It’s important to support and develop local business success. Brainstorming on how to achieve this and encouraging chamber members to be a part of this is crucial.
Networking and leveraging our experiences with critical thought, with an emphasis on forward thinking will drive a great place to live and visit.
Comprehensive analysis with forensic review are tactics that will drive effective change.
As a community we need to be positive, engaged, and committed to competing with change to assure we stay relevant in our local business environment.
Identifying where we have been is a great tool, and at same time we need to be creating identifiable and attainable short term strategies to compliment progress.
Personally, I find working in this direction by incorporating above thoughts is very rewarding.
I am involved with a few other non-profit Boards - Gundersen Hospital, Faith In Action, YMCA, Adams County Economic Committee.
What aspect of the Chamber mission do you feel is most critical?
“Your businesses needs to evolve” to insure a commitment to the best model possible to promote success and a product/service that is relevant in your market served.
