Welcome New Members!
TeamLogic IT is now open for business in Clearwater! Headquartered in The Icot Business Center, their mission is to make enterprise-quality IT support affordable and tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses so companies can focus on growing their core business.
Owner Beth McCarty brings 35 years of business experience and dedication to excellence in customer service to the new venture. James Connor has joined the team as Lead Technical Engineer adding extensive technical expertise. As a franchise of a national corporation, TeamLogic IT brings local presence and community involvement to clients but also has all the resources of a large company at their fingertips. While they focus on serving clients right here in Clearwater/St. Pete, they are supported by talented professionals at corporate headquarters and over 150 sister companies across the nation, including the experience and expertise of over 400 technicians and engineers.
Beth’s background in HR and law plays directly into the new company’s scope. Beth said, “Cybersecurity and data protection and recovery are critical to most businesses today. Any downtime can really hurt your business. And the number one source of vulnerability is employees. We can help you teach employees security best practices as well as identifying any gaps in your system and security. We can help with remediation options to provide comprehensive protection so you are ready to recover quickly in case of a malware attack or data breach.” She also noted that in researching the needs of the local business community, “I heard often that there was a need for more high quality, reliable IT support services that were proactive support for future growth and technology changes as well as the ability to support day-to-day operations. TeamLogic IT’s resources are impressive and we can meet a wide range of IT support needs.”
