A Message from Child Care Aware of New Hampshire

This April finds us immersed in various activities and is one of our busiest times. We are busy updating the database with your program information and we are anxious to have current information for families seeking child care. Thank you for sending these back. If you are still working on yours, there is still plenty of time to get it back to us.

Our Annual Program Survey is now available. If you haven’t already done so, please complete it. We will be closing the survey on April 15th. Our Annual Program Survey assists us in assessing our current services and helps inform our work for future programming. It can be found below under  As we are also working on our annual training calendar now, it’s essential that we get your feedback on any training requests. We can then plan accordingly for our upcoming September to June professional development opportunities. Please note that we don’t provide training from mid-June to late-August.

A portion of our team will be headed to Washington, DC this weekend to participate in the Child Care Aware of America Symposium. We are looking forward to attending training sessions, hearing about new initiatives, participating in a Vroom Panel and

spending a Day on the Hill speaking with our state senators and representatives. We look forward to sharing what we learn with you upon our return.

We will be holding a collaborative Week of the Young Child Event in Keene with area Early Childhood programs on April 11th and we are hoping to provide additional events like this next year in other parts of the state as well. Look for more information on this in the future.

We will be attending and participating in the Early Childhood and Afterschool Celebration on April 12th. We hope to see many of you there participating in this year’s Exploratorium and/or receiving the recognition you deserve as an early childhood or afterschool professional. A pre-congratulations to all those being recognized!

We hope you enjoy our latest Monthly Minutes and we look forward to seeing you soon!

The link below will direct you to our Annual Program Survey. We would appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey so we can assess program services.  We utilize this feedback to evaluate our services and to plan for the upcoming year

Thank you in advance for taking time to complete this survey. We appreciate your time and all you do for NH's Children and their families.

 Survey closes April 15, 2016
