You may request #DACA if you:
- Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012.
- Came to the USA before reaching your 16th birthday.
- Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time.
- Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS;
- Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012, meaning that: You never had a lawful immigration status on or before June 15, 2012, or Any lawful immigration status or parole that you obtained prior to June 15, 2012, had expired as of June 15, 2012;
- Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States.

The K-1 nonimmigrant visa is known as the fiancé(e) visa. This visa allows your fiancé(e) to come to The United States to marry within 90 days, and once married, they can opt for a green card. The intention to marry must be real. If your fiancé(e) marries you within 90 days after being admitted to the United States as a K-1 nonimmigrant, they can apply for lawful permanent resident status in the US. Las personas elegibles para VAWA son los hijos, esposo o esposa, y padres de un ciudadano estadounidense, o los hijos, esposa o esposo de un residente permanente. Si sufren maltrato sicológico o físico, pueden aplicar a esta visa, sin el consentimiento del ciudadano agresor, y buscar la protección de la ley.

La fecha límite para aplicar es el 5 de septiembre del 2021, recuerde que, si no nació en Venezuela, pero tiene la nacionalidad puede aplicar.
