We are so thankful for our newest members; and welcome each of them into the First United Methodist Church family! We are glad you are here. I can’t wait to see where you plug in. Several of you joined on May 18, 2025, but a couple of you joined in April. We are just thankful you have chosen our church family.

- Care Ministry -

The last GriefShare Session ended May 28th. Information about the start of the next session will be forthcoming. Those interested in joining may contact Trudy Horridge (512) 293-5453 for more information.

- Custodian Needed -

Job Opportunity!

The church is in need of a part-time custodial worker to replace Maria Moreno. If you are interested, or know someone who may be interested, please call the church office. The job entails cleaning areas in the church and in the Child Development Center.

We have many members in our congregation and/or their family members who are ill, or facing an upcoming surgery. Please be in prayer for one another.

Please be aware that a few of our members have tested positive for Covid-19.

- 2025 Annual Conference -

2025 is the first Annual Conference of the Horizon Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. It will be held June 8-10 at SMU (6425 Boaz Ln. Dallas, TX 75205). The conference is open to all but only our church delegates will be able to vote.

- VBS Registrations are Open! -

VBS is nearly here! Starting on Monday, June 16th until Thursday, June 19th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Open to Pre-K - 5th grade. Click the button below or look on our website to register!
