Encourage Yourself in the Lord

1 Samuel 30:6

HOW TO ENCOURAGE YOURSELF

1.) Remember Gods POWER and ABILITY to fulfill His Promises

2.) Choose to Believe that God would never break his promise

3.) Remember how God has helped YOU in the past (Hint- or you wouldn't even be here now)

then ....... ENQUIRE of the LORD

1.) Praise Him as WISER than anyone (especially you)

2.) Submit to DO whatever He commands

3.) Wait for HIS ANSWER

Remember:

 there is a way that seems right to a man but it leads to death

 and 

lean not on your OWN understanding

4.) Continue to WAIT for HIS direction
