'The North Course is Officially Open!'
Boynton Beach, Florida
| |
|
And with those words, two and a half years of hard work were officially unveiled to the membership of the Club at Quail Ridge.
Since 2022, Cotleur & Hearing has been closely involved in the reimagining of the North Course for the Club at Quail Ridge. Working in collaboration with Fry Straka Global Golf Design and the Club’s management team, the 50-year-old course was completely redesigned to create a beautiful, challenging, and environmentally friendly 18-hole championship course.
| |
|
By utilizing a fully native and Florida-friendly plant palette and working in partnership with Palm Beach County, the design included over 600 relocated native trees and palms, two miles of lush perimeter landscapes, colorful vistas, wetland plantings, and native habitats to support wildlife. As an Audubon community, enhancing the natural habitat was critical to the membership to preserve and improve homes for the many kestrels, great horned owls, and cranes that call the Club home.
On January 16, 2025, Cotleur & Hearing was proud to be present at the grand opening of the North Course to the Club’s membership. Along with our partners from Fry Straka, NMP Golf, Sunflower Landscaping, and TCI Irrigation, the CH team celebrated the successful completion of this great project!

Christ Fellowship Church Boca Raton
Palm Beach County, Florida
| |
|
Exciting changes are coming to Glades Road! Christ Fellowship Church’s Boca Raton Campus received approval this month from Palm Beach County to renovate the former Macy's Furniture Store into its new home. This 50,000-square-foot transformation is set to create a welcoming hub for the community, featuring common gathering areas, youth and kids ministry spaces, and a state-of-the-art 800-seat auditorium.
This isn’t the first time Christ Fellowship has turned a retail space into a place of worship. Their Boynton Beach Campus thrives in a former Dillard’s department store, while the Royal Palm Beach Campus calls a renovated Target store home.
As retail spaces continue to evolve, Christ Fellowship is leading the way by repurposing these once-bustling shopping hubs into centers of community and faith. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting project and how it will serve the Boca Raton area!
