The Planning and Development Department consists of three divisions noted below. Each division specializes in various stages of the community development process and all work collectively to improve the overall quality of life of Corinth by implementing the best development practices.

ZONING & DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS

QUARRY CONDOMINIUMS-1
This plan includes 105 townhome-style condominium multi-family units. This is a planned Development Rezoning that is currently under review.
ASHFORD PARK-2
The design includes 455 single-family residential lots, on 82.958 acres in 4 phases. The final plat for phase 1 for 174 lots has been approved. The Amenity Center Site Plan, part of phase 1, and phase 2 of 160 single-family lots are both under review.
LANDMARK AT TOWER RIDGE-3
Two 3-story apartment buildings with 268 units and 4 two-story townhouse-style buildings with 28 units, a private pool, a dog park, two retention basins with fountains, and shade structures/trails on 13 acres. The Grading and Tree Removal had been approved, and the initial Site Plan is under review.

TIMBER RIDGE-4
This plan features 53 single-family attached townhouse lots with new urbanist style street design and alleys. Rezoning was approved on March 17, 2022.
THE OAKS AT TOWER RIDGE-5
These plans include 17 single-family residential lots, under construction, approved on March 28, 2022.
LAKE VISTA BUSINESS PARK-6
Three commercial flex space buildings totaling 31,362 square feet over 2 phases with shared parking. Phase 1- one 7,095 square foot building and Phase 2- two buildings at 6,420 square feet each. A public hearing was held on March 17, 2022. The Planned Development Rezoning Ordinance was approved on May 5, 2022.

Rental cars service and sales Replat was approved in January 2022.
TAYLOR ESTATES-8
These plans include 44 single-family residential lots, Planned development rezoning. A public hearing was held on March 17, 2022. The City Council approved the Planned Development Rezoning Ordinance on May 5, 2022.

2100 CHURCH DRIVE-9
A variance to the Unified Development Code to add an additional accessory structure (barn) on a 16.65-acre tract. The Board of Adjustments approved the request on April 18, 2022.
HARLEY DAVIDSON-10
Amendment to Planned Development, consisting of a reconfiguration of future expansion previously approved in 2020. The proposal includes expansion of the existing dealership building and riding academy building, replacement of shade structures, a new pavilion/concert venue, a mezzanine area for events, and a new restaurant with an attached micro-brewery. This is under review by staff.

LAKE SHARON AT FM 2499 TRAFFIC SIGNAL-4
On hold until all agencies obtain funding. Located at Lake Sharon Dr at FM 2499.
LAKE SHARON/DOBBS RD REALIGNMENT-5
Under design. Anticipate construction to begin 4th quarter of 2022. Target completion December 2023. Located at Lake Sharon Dr/Dobbs from Quail Run to Tower Ridge.
LAKE SHARON/PARKRIDGE ROUNDABOUT-6
Under design. Anticipate construction to begin 2nd quarter of 2022. Target completion December 2022. Located at Lake Sharon Dr at Parkridge Dr.
LCMUA WATER INTERCONNECT-7
Under construction. Target completion May 2022. Located at Parkridge Dr.
LYNCHBURG CREEK PH II FLOOD MITIGATION FEMA-8
Quiddity Engineering was chosen to design the improvements. Target completion date February 2023. Located west of Amity Village and at the Community Park-Corinth Parkway.

TRIM IMPELLERS AT LAKE SHARON WATER PUMP-13
Under analysis. Located at Lake Sharon Pump Station.
TXDOT OVERPASS AT I-35E LAKE SHARON-14
Under design by TxDOT. Anticipate construction to begin in 2024. Target completion 2026. Located at Lake Sharon at I-35E.
