Six Consecutive Perfect Shops Achieved by Patrisha Lee!

We are pleased to recognize the outstanding achievements by Patrisha Lee at Pinnex and 747 Apartments in Indy. Recently, Patrisha achieved her sixth 100% consecutive shop. This is a huge accomplishment and we asked her if she would share with us some of her insights and best practices on how she has been able to achieve her amazing success –consistently.

Here is what she shared, "The key to scoring 100% on a shop is to treat every prospect the same. I follow a simple format and use the guest card as a guide to help me remember to ask every important question. I love to answer the phone with a warm and exciting Nolan Standard greeting and take the time to get to know the specific housing needs of the person I'm speaking with. By doing so, you open the opportunity to share with the prospect how the property is able to meet their needs and encourage them to stop by for a tour to see everything in person. It's not always that we have the option to tour when the property is doing really well, and we're 100% occupied. You can still offer to send pre-recorded videos and pictures of a unit to the prospect along with the rental quote. This sets you apart and lets the prospect know that you are fully invested in helping them find their future home! It's vital to mention some interesting amenities that your property has to offer as well and remember to ask if they need directions as everyone isn't always from the area of familiar with the prospective city."

Great advice from Patrisha. We are so fortunate to have her as a part of the team in Indy and we look forward many more future successes.

A Very Grand Re-Opening At Penn Circle

The Penn Circle Team did a first-class job, hosting a Grand Re-Opening event for their residents to showcase the new clubhouse and amenity upgrades.

"They did an absolutely amazing job on the grand re-opening of the clubhouse –with food trucks, prepared food, the beautiful décor –everything was really perfect, and the residents had a really good time, too! We are so appreciative of their efforts," stated Regional Manager, Missy Singer.

Golf Disc Tournament Winners

Fun Fact: We have some pretty amazing Golf Disc Champions in our Nolan Family. Recently in July, Peter Engelman won the International Golf Disc Tournament in Helsinki, Finland! Congratulations, Pete on your world-wide success!

But wait there's more! Joe Westbrook won the 40th Annual Kansas City Wide Open Disc Golf Tournament, Recreational League! This tournament is one of the biggest annual tourneys in KC and is an awesome accomplishment. Way to go Joe!

Patriotic Painters in Springfield

The property managers in Springfield, Rachel, Kathy and Patty, met up with Missy for some team building fun and stress-free creativity. They really let it Van Goh....(lol) with their artistry!
