Success with Preferred Employer Program Outreach

We have had a lot of success with creative outreach that goes beyond leaving or emailing a flyer to the Employer's HR Department. Check out these awesome gift baskets created by Imperial Lofts and 2 Tuscan teams. 

Per Tara, the PM at 2T, "I usually buy stuff tailored to the PPE, depending on their profession. These were baskets with reusable coffee mugs, chocolate, Starbucks cold coffee, and hot cocoa. We also did other gifts for the nurses' stations full of drinks and snacks. They are always on their feet and don't get much time to take a break, so on-the-go snacks are perfect."
