2023 Nominations are being accepted!

Idaho REALTORS® is now accepting applications for the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year award. This opportunity is open until 5:00 pm MT on August 5th, 2023. Please submit applications to Idaho REALTORS® at [email protected] with the required attachments.

The REALTOR® of the Year award is a recognition offered by Idaho REALTORS® to celebrate a member's dedication to the principles of the real estate profession and community involvement. This award shines a spotlight on those who demonstrate exceptional commitment to organized real estate, adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and efforts to foster good real estate practices.

A candidate's qualifications for the award are evaluated based on their REALTOR® spirit, civic activities, business and educational accomplishments, local board activities, state association activities, and national association activities from the past five years. Being named REALTOR® of the Year is an honor that acknowledges a REALTOR®'s professional integrity, contribution to the real estate profession, and service to the community.

Idaho REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award

Applications Due August 5th

The Idaho REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award is a new award that recognizes REALTORS® who have made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work. To be eligible, nominees must be members of Idaho REALTORS® in good standing and should have made a significant impact as a volunteer for a nonprofit organization. The award focuses on the level of personal contribution, the impact of personal contribution, the broadness of impact, and the project’s suitability as a role model for other REALTORS®. Nominees can document the results of their individual involvement through published reports and/or testimonials from the organization they served or the people they helped.

• The 2023 Deadline is Tuesday, August 5th.
• Please Submit Finalized Scoring and Entry Forms to [email protected].

2023 Convention

Early Bird Registration Closes July 21st

We're thrilled to invite you to join us in Sun Valley for the Idaho REALTORS® 2023 Convention! We have an exciting line-up of events and guests this year that we can't wait to share with you!

The convention will take place from October 10th - 13th, 2023. Our Early Bird registration is open until July 21st, so don't wait. The Early Bird fee is just $289. After July 21st, the registration fee will be $350. All first-time attendees are able to continue to register for a discounted $289 rate as well.

2023 Idaho REALTORS® Elections

The Idaho REALTORS® application period for candidates is open. IR is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions: 

Positions

• First Vice President; 

• West District Vice President;

• South District Vice President; and 

• Two State Allocated NAR Directors;

The enclosed Election Packet includes an election timeline, candidate application(s), and a full description of the duties and obligations for each available position.

To apply as a candidate, the following must be returned by email to [email protected] no later than 5 PM MT on the assigned deadlines.
