Many of the families we assist experience economic disparities, have limited resources, and face challenges with sustaining their basic living needs. With our case management program we guide and assist local families in need who are struggling to make ends meet, can not maintain their basic needs, and have limitations in their journey towards self sufficiency. Our case managers diligently address each families' barriers and walk with them every step of the way. With well thought out service plans our case managers are able to develop roadmaps for our brothers and sisters- an essential tool- to assist and maintain families' focus with their goals.
Story of one of our cases...
" Me, my husband, and my daughter came to the United States one year ago. We faced many hardships and harsh conditions immigrating here to the USA.
When we arrived in America, we realized everything is different here and to add more challenges we did not know anyone.
We thank Allah for putting the Uplift Charity organization in our path. They have given our family the support we very much needed and they have extended their help to us in a way we are greatly thankful. All praise to Allah for putting organizations like this in our community.
With the help of Uplift we were guided through every step of the way in our journey to settle and be stable enough to stand grounded on our own feet.
