The Special Events Committee spends nearly six months each year gearing up for our annual ATHENA International Awards Banquet. Women's Network has been presenting this prestigious ATHENA Leadership Award for 25 years now, as a way to honor individuals who strive toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishment, who excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way, and forge paths of leadership for other women to follow. This is a night of celebration as we unveil and recognize our recipients, a night of reflection as we look back at the legacy of ATHENA in Columbia and world-wide, and a night of new connections.
