Women's Network is a Division of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce
The mission of Women's Network is to connect, empower and engage members through leadership development, educational opportunities and innovative outreach.
Snowpocalypse 2019 hit our members this past weekend, and although the bread shelves were empty, and the ground covered in nearly 17 inches of snow, our members made the best of it. Take a look at their pictures below and browse the full gallery on our website!

Eat Dessert First- How to Resign from the Overwhelm and Stress and Focus on What Really Matters
Kim Becking - Momentum Mindset

In this fast-paced, constantly changing, high stress world, life is anything but balanced. It’s more like a colossal collision between the thousands of things pulling at your time – the demands of work, home and everything in between - leading to overwhelm, stress and burnout. In this interactive, energetic, laugh out loud program, Kim will share her own raw, inspiring and humorous lessons learned about “balancing” the chaos of life through the demands of being a wife, mother, cancer and life thriver, serial entrepreneur, passionate volunteer as well as the dozens of other hats she wears. You will learn why it’s important to Eat Dessert First, let go of the rest, and focus on what really matters.

You will leave with Five Keys To “Resign As General Manager of the Universe” which include practical, immediately actionable strategies to reduce stress, overwhelm and burnout; boost your resilience; take control of your health and your life; and create a life where you are thriving and maybe even eating dessert first.

Program Outcomes:
You will leave knowing:
  • Key techniques and simple mindset shifts you can use to reduce stress, burnout and overwhelm and boost your resilience
  • How to put yourself first, set boundaries, say NO without guilt, prioritize, and delegate more effectively
  • Proven strategies to maintain a positive attitude, maximize your energy, create more focus, and become more present, productive, engaged and connected

Please pre-register to help with meals and seating count.
Pre-registration closes February 19, 2019 and is $15 for WN members, $18 for non-members.  Walk in registration (any registration after pre-registration closes) will be $18 for WN members, and $21 for non-members. Please submit all dietary restrictions to Brandi no later than February 19 or we may not be able to accommodate you.
