For the first time ever, a student was selected to receive the Amanda Pannell Memorial Scholarship. Our top scholarship at $3,000 has been awarded to one outstanding applicant who exemplifies Amanda’s spirit of compassion, positivity, and commitment to lifelong learning and community.
Cassidy Martin (Idaho Falls), was selected for this special award after submitting an essay, which was selected by Amanda's family for reflecting her incredible legacy. Cassidy received her associates degree from the College of Eastern Idaho earlier this year, and will be attending Idaho State University this fall to study Communications and Political Science. Cassidy's deep commitment to education, public service, and meaningful human connection embodies the values Amanda exemplified throughout her life and career.
