IR Partners with Decisely to Bring a New Member Benefit:
A Medical Health Plan for REALTORS®

In October Idaho REALTORS® announced that it has has partnered with Decisely - an integrated technology company that specializes in managing benefits and HR assets - to create a brand new medical health plan for REALTORS®.
If you are an Idaho REALTOR® and would like to see if you are eligible for open enrollment, visit the Idaho Real Estate Benefits Center to view model plan designs and learn more about the program options.
What is it?
- A healthcare solution tailored for independent business professionals in Idaho.
- Designed for self-employed small business owners.
- Provides an alternative to traditional private and exchange health plans.
- Features Major Medical model plans with options eligible for HSA.
- Offers flexibility with National PPO networks or the freedom to choose any doctor or facility.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Business Owners may establish their own health plan for themselves and their dependents.
- Business must have a Federal Tax ID.
- Idaho REALTORS® must have an NRDS number and Real Estate license to qualify.
- For the Vault Captive Product, applicants must answer a short medical questionnaire to screen for major medical issues and must have BMI under 40. Want more details?

Idaho REALTORS® Recognizes 2023 Good Neighbor Award Winner | |

On November 1st Idaho REALTORS® visited the LEAP Housing office to recognize and congratulate Bart Cochran as the recipient of the 2023 Good Neighbor Award.
IR President Denise Lundy, IR President-Elect Katrina Wehr, and Boise Regional REALTORS® President Debbi Meyers were all in attendance to meet the LEAP Housing staff and congratulate Bart and his team. LEAP Housing also received a check donation from IR for $1,500 to help with the excellent work that their organization does in Idaho and the Boise Community.
LEAP Housing is a Boise-based nonprofit who believes all people deserve an opportunity to access a safe, stable and affordable home. LEAP’s mission is to develop and preserve affordable housing while providing empowering services that lead to greater housing stability.
Congratulations again to Bart Cochran for being selected as the recipient of the inaugural Idaho RELATORS Good Neighbor Award!

Idaho REALTORS® is running an online event to raise much-needed toys for Toys for Tots in multiple Idaho locations. You can help raise toys for children in need by shopping online to support this drive.
Donating toys is easy! Visit the You Give Goods Site and click on a SHOP button for the local Toys for Tots you would like to support and purchase the toy(s) you would like to donate. You will be emailed a tax deductible receipt at the time of purchase. All toys ordered online will be shipped directly to the Toys For Tots specified location after the drive ends.
