2023 Association Elections and Guide

The Idaho REALTORS® application period for candidates is open. IR is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions: 


Positions

• First Vice President; 

• West District Vice President;

• South District Vice President; and 

• Two State Allocated NAR Directors;


The enclosed Election Packet includes an election timeline, candidate application(s), and a full description of the duties and obligations for each available position.


To apply as a candidate, the following must be returned by email to [email protected] no later than 5 PM MT on the assigned deadlines.

Forms Suggestions

Do you have suggestions or proposed changes for the Idaho REALTORS® Forms? IR is currently collecting suggested form changes via our website. We welcome our members to share feedback and suggested changes with us. Please remember to share the RE form number with your suggestion. We appreciate the input from our members to help us improve our forms. If you have any questions contact Melisa Gray.

Idaho REALTORS® 2023 Scholarship Applications Available Until June 16th!

Idaho REALTORS® is offering several scholarships to qualified students for the 2023-2024 school year. High school seniors and full-time students enrolled in a college, university, or vocational-technical school can apply for two $2,500 scholarships or five $1,500 scholarships by submitting a completed application, official transcripts, three non-related reference letters, a high-resolution photo, and a short biography. Students must be US citizens and preference will be given to those studying real estate or a related field, attending schools in Idaho, or having a connection to a REALTOR® office or Affiliate business.


The deadline for applications is June 16, 2023, by 5 pm MT, and applicants should send their materials to [email protected] or Idaho REALTORS® at 10116 W Overland Rd, Boise, Idaho 83709.

NAOR is Hosting A Human Trafficking Educational Event

The Nampa Association of REALTORS® (NAOR) is hosting a significant community event on September 20, 2023 at the Nampa Civic Center. Starting at 6:00 pm, this event is to spread awareness on Human Trafficking in Idaho communities. The Malouf Foundation will be in attendance to share information on identifying signs of human trafficking and recognizing victims. Additionally, Elizabeth Smart, a human trafficking survivor, will be speaking and sharing her personal story.


Also in attendance will be local organizations including the Nampa Police Department, Nampa Family Justice Center, and Community Outreach Behavioral Services (COBS). These organizations will be sharing local resources to help combat human trafficking. Please mark your calendars and support significant event.
