Riding with the Brand Bus Tour

The Idaho State Capitol Building in Boise is the place to be on April 13th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for the NAR Riding with the Brand Bus Tour. This exciting event promises to be a celebration filled with various activities and entertainment for attendees. Guests will have a chance to explore the NAR Riding with the Brand Bus, enjoy free food, participate in fun games and events, and win prizes.


Attendees will also have the chance to join a "Riding with the Brand" bicycle activity led by IR 2023 President Denise Lundy. In addition, guest speakers from the State and NAR will share their insights and experiences with all attendees. The event is a unique opportunity to join the 2023 Riding with the Brand theme, and a great chance to network with fellow professionals in the industry. So don't miss the fun-filled celebration at the Idaho State Capitol Building in Boise on April 13th.

Participants will learn the terminology of pricing and valuation, the role of supply and demand in pricing, how to identify appropriate comparables, and make necessary adjustments. The program also includes monthly newsletters, customizable marketing materials, a Facebook networking group, and the use of the PSA logo and name. The certification provides real estate professionals with the necessary knowledge and tools to improve their pricing skills and practices.

Participants will also learn about tax changes to IRC 1031 Exchange and how they impact real estate investment properties. The course also covers strategies for buying, holding, and selling investment real estate, and significant tax deductions available for self-employed individuals, including the new 20% Qualified Business Income Deduction.
