The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate agents specializing in assisting buyers through the home-buying process. Participants gain enhanced skills and knowledge valued by home buyers, access to ongoing specialized information and resources, and opportunities for networking and referrals. To earn this designation, agents must complete a two-day core course, an elective course, and document five transactions where they solely represented buyers. Additionally, they must maintain good standing in the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), with an exception for international REBAC members who aren't required to be NAR members. | |
