2022 mHealth Training Institute
Applications are now being accepted for the 2022 NIH mHealth Training Institute (mHTI) at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Designed to develop the next generation of transdisciplinary mHealth researchers, the hybrid mHTI will blend online webinars with an immersive in-person learning experience July 26–29, 2022.

The mHTI is funded by NIH–OBSSR–NIDA training grant 1R25DA038167 and supported by the NIBIB mHealth Center for Discovery, Optimization & Translation of Temporally-Precise Interventions (mDOT)  and the Connecting the EdTech Research EcoSystem (CERES) Collaborative . Faculty include mHealth thought leaders experienced in mentoring transdisciplinary scientists. Target scholars are new as well as established researchers interested in learning leading-edge mHealth approaches and technologies and forging interdisciplinary connections.

Due to the intensive and team-science nature of the mHTI, participation is limited to 30 scholars. There is no tuition, and selected scholars will be provided with lodging at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center . Preference will be given to academic-based applicants seeking to co-create practical healthcare solutions with societal impact.

Please review more details on the mHTI and the application guidelines  and apply by February 20, 2022 . Notifications of acceptance will be sent out on April 17, 2022.
