I want to take a moment to reflect on the important work that continues even during the August recess. With Congress out of session, our office took this opportunity to plan strategically for the months ahead, and review upcoming legislation, consultations, and initiatives that will directly impact the Nation. Our focus was to ensure that Navajo priorities were positioned for action once lawmakers returned to Washington.

In this report, you'll find updates on the areas we have continued to track closely, such as Environmental Protection, Health, Economic Development, and Agriculture, as well as summaries of consultations and administrative actions that advanced during the recess.
