Game Builder: Creating with Construct 3

3 Day Camp for Students Ages 11 - 14
In this introductory camp, campers will go beyond playing games, and get a behind-the-scenes experience, learning the art and science of game development. With hands-on projects, campers will be exposed to many digital tools used today for game creation, such as Construct 3. Each game created throughout the camp will start small and grow exponentially along with skills learned! By the end of the camp, campers will really see that making games is more fun than playing them!

#Mathfinder Festival 2022
You are invited to explore math in a fresh way by joining the Mathfinder Festival, across multiple partner sites across Dallas (including the Zoo, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Dallas Arboretum, St Philip’s School & Community Center, and much more!). The Mathfinder project is a partnership between talkSTEM and SMU, and is supported by the national science foundation.

All you need is a good pair of walking shoes, and your smartphone (or you can explore virtually too!). This is great for children in grades 4-8 and their adults.
