These webinars are hosted by Travel Incorporated and serve as an overview of services and support provided by Travel Incorporated. Travel Incorporated is handling all individual travel, or any travel of a group less than 10 where tickets are issued as a “live sell” ticket by the airline.

Administrative groups are used when a departmental card is to be on file with the travel agency for guests to book under. Popular uses include candidate travel, student travel, guest/speaker travel. With Travel Inc, non-profiled guests will not be able to call in and book with the agency unless part of an administrative group.
Farewell Domestic Change Fees
Four of the largest U.S. Airlines (United, Delta, American and Alaska Airlines) announced the elimination of domestic change fees. The airlines are getting rid of change fees for most Economy and premium cabin tickets for flights within the U.S.

Did you miss the policy update announcement?
Travel Policy Refreshed - Effective July 1
Effective July 1, several changes to the existing travel policies went into effect:

  • Lodging Policy revised allow the use of Airbnb, and full prepayment on lodging
  • Air Policy revised to allow reimbursement of passports for business purposes
  • Vehicle Policy revised to allow midsize SUVs for vehicle rental for justifiable instances
  • General Travel policy revised to require employees to resubmit and return expense reports within 90 days after sendback
  • Meals and Incidental Policy revised to allow employees to claim the day trip allowance, even if a meal was provided to accomodate for those travelers who must eat several meals on the road for a day trip.
