Cornerstone Confections & Chocolates
This Summer you  CAN  have your cake and eat it too!  With wedding season in full swing Cornerstone Chocolates & Confections is one of our favorites for wedding cakes in the Vail Valley.  Chef/Owner Felicia Kalaluhi started the business after working for a variety of hotels, including The Lodge at Vail, The Arrabelle, and The Vail Cascade Resort (now Hotel Talisa). Her personal motto is “If you can envision it, we’ll create it,”. No request is two big or small as even basic birthday cakes have the potential to boast custom company logos, cartoon characters and figurines, along with colorful edible decor.  A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Felicia is originally from New York and has lived in the Valley for over twelve years.  Aside from amazing wedding cakes and special occasion cakes, she also produces a variety of delicious chocolate collections that you can order or purchase at Gallery 8 Arts in Avon.  To learn more, please visit her website  or call Felicia at 970-291-1343.
