Members of the NWAHBA Board and membership, including Board President Aaron Wirth and HBA EO Shana Kasparek met with the City of Fayetteville Development Services team on June 26th. Topics discussed included their idea of an optional "Pattern Book" for developers, the City's Master Street Plan, and the creation of the EnerGov website.
The EnerGov site will make it much easier for builders to work on their projects in the City of Fayetteville, and the HBA is very excited to be a part of the test next spring before it goes live in the summer of 2020. It will have features to allow builders to schedule inspections, submit license requests, and pay bills.
Fayetteville also updated us on their “Continuous Process Improvement Plan” – see attached. They are also working on a “Good Neighbor Construction Policy” manual.
