Covid-19 cases are on the rise again in Eagle County and throughout the state of Colorado. This morning the Division of Real Estate sent out a reminder that they are receiving complaints that brokers are not following restrictions when performing real estate activities. View the update here.
Eagle County adopted the statewide order last Friday, which does not change anything specific to real estate. Real estate is governed by DORA and follows the state guidelines. Please take some time to review this information. The best resource to follow if you have questions is the “Additional Guidance For Real Estate Brokers & Other Services” updated from DORA. It addresses frequently asked questions pertaining to real estate.
