Greetings!
I hope you, your loved ones, and colleagues are all doing well despite these strange and unusual times. At a time like this we are forced to think about our priorities and what is really important to us. We have a chance to witness the absolute dedication of our doctors, nurses, first responders, and those who play critical roles in providing us with our basic living needs and safety. These are all amazing people, here to help each and every one of us.
This month’s book is a heartfelt and funny story for any child – or parent – with a sense of humor and love of animals. It is called Tickles the Tiger Cub. We need a little humor right now. Tickles encounters many amazing characters on his journey home. In life, we also get to meet and witness many amazing characters. People have different skin colors, religious beliefs, preferences, likes, and dislikes. They speak many different languages and many listen to a different drumbeat.
Everyone is uniquely different, and always has something to offer the world. It is very important that we try to embrace all the different people we meet on our journeys through life. We can learn from their different views and beliefs. We only get to make our life journey once. Let’s not make this wonderful journey alone. Let’s try to enjoy all the good that others can bring to our lives and try to do the same for them. One journey, one world, one humanity.
A portion of the proceeds from sales of my children’s books will be given to a foundation I have established to support various children’s charities.

This Month's Featured Book:
Tickles the Tiger Cub:
The Journey Home
|
Tickles the Tiger is a cute and funny story about a little tiger cub named Tickles, who lives on Tiger Mountain with his Maw and Paw Tiger. During a big rainstorm, he is washed off Tiger Mountain (where life is “purrfect”) and ends up far away from home, by the ocean. During his journey home, he meets many different and interesting animals, including a lightning bug, a crab, a flying turtle, some funny monkeys, a snake, a crafty crocodile, two baby elephants, a tarantula spider, and even some unusual bees. By the time he makes his way home, Tickles understands that family is the most important thing.
