Subsequent to the deadline, applications will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

Welcome to Dean's Court in Fairfield. Set aside in this development are 3 affordable homes for purchase: (1) one Bedroom, (1) two bedroom and (1) three bedroom. These affordable homes are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, March 27th, 2022. Subsequent to the deadline, applications will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

If you faxed something to us last week and did not receive a confirmation, we recommend that you resend your fax to us and be sure to always get a confirmation.
