On Thursday, April 23, get ready for an informative panel discussion on local housing programs that could help your buyers qualify for up to $100,000 in down payment assistance!

Representatives from Marion County Community Services, the City of Gainesville Housing Department, Alachua County Housing Division, and the Neighborhood Housing and Development Corporation will share insights into the programs available and how Realtors can help connect eligible buyers with these opportunities.

Bring the whole family and spend the morning exploring Carson Springs Wildlife Sanctuary on April 25, from 10AM-1PM!

GACAR will have exclusive access to the park, including rotating guided tours led by professional zoologists.

Enjoy big cat feeding demonstrations, the chance to feed giraffes, and encounters with animals like giant tortoises and Kunekune pigs. Food trucks, face painting, bounce houses, and games will also be available for children.

It’s a fun and unique way to connect with fellow members while exploring one of the region’s most incredible wildlife sanctuaries!
