The Re-entry Task Force met last week to discuss: details of wearing masks, vaccinations, singing and children.
Beginning Sunday, July 25th we will begin masked singing. We will continue to wear masks to insure everyone is comfortable coming to worship. We want to be cautions and protect the most vulnerable. We know some members are frustrated, we hear you. But please be patient, we are trying to help everyone be safe.
The Re-entry Task Force continues to meet and is committed to keeping all of us safe, as we are doing Christ’s work of caring and loving everyone.
And again, please get vaccinated if you are able, as this will keep the variants from spreading.

Don't Be Part of the Summer Slump!
|
|
As summer approaches and warm weather means occasionally missing church, please prayerfully consider signing up for our ACH program. What is ACH? ACH allows your bank to withdraw funds from your checking or savings account and transfer the funds directly into Christ the King’s checking account.
With ACH, you won't have to worry about sending in your giving, it will automatically be sent for you. The three ACH options allow you to choose when your giving will be sent: Monthly on the 1st, Monthly on the 15th, or Weekly Every Friday. Also, you can cancel or change your ACH at any time!
Please use the attached form to sign up for ACH today! For any questions or wanting an ACH form mailed or emailed to you, please contact Aubrey Novak at [email protected].

Hello everyone! You should have received an email from Shop With Scrip regarding an App called Raise Right. For those of you who have signed up, THANK YOU!
Try testing the App out and see how you like it!
This Raise Right app allows you to purchase Scrip cards and have them sent right to your house while still benefitting CtK! If there is a Scrip card we don't have on hand, and instead of having us order and waiting to pick it up, you can place your order and have it shipped directly to you! We will still order through the church for whoever does not want to use the App but thought this option would be nice and make ordering scrip more efficient. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Aubrey at [email protected]. Thanks!!

Lutheran women have a long history of Bible study, discipleship, and desire to deepen their spiritual life and learn about issues.
Through various program areas, Women of the ELCA’s community of women provide services in their churches, communities, and even the world.
We offer anti-racism training; address domestic violence, commercial sexual exploitation, and human trafficking; and support families with special needs.
We assist participants in their desire to discern God’s call in their lives and to discover their spiritual gifts through workshops, retreats, resources, scholarships, and global education.
We offer grants to not-for-profit organizations, both domestic and international, that support healing and wholeness for women of all ages through the affirmation and advancement of women’s emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
Join us as we make a difference in the world. Join us at any of our events. All are welcome.
Did you know that Daily Grace has been sending inspiring messages to thousands of people every day for 10 years now—for free? Have you told your friends about it? You have? Thank you! If not, sign up for free.
And of course, Women of the ELCA offers so much more than free downloadable resources and e-newsletters. Women throughout the church have found common purpose and supportive friends through the women’s organization, and they know how precious those connections are. Have you found these resources and connections valuable, too? We’re glad! There are two things you can do to help us keep these resources always free to use. Tell you friends and if you can, please make a generous gift designated “Where Needed Most” at https://community.elca.org/welca
