Coming April 24 - The Great Hedgehog Hunt!

To celebrate National Library Week, we'll be hiding hedgehogs throughout our website for kids of all ages to find and log, and qualify for prizes!
Register for the hunt on ReadSquared (scroll down and click on "The Great Hedgehog Hunt"). On April 24th & 25th, look for the twelve (12) hedgehogs hidden on our website. Enter the hedgehog code and qualify for prizes!

Kona is Library Director Miss Linda's dog, and it is obvious to anyone that Kona is very much in charge of running the library. Kona works from home and keeps an eagle eye trained on her computer for emails, bulletins, and state and national updates; corresponds with Hudson town officials on a daily basis; handles patron requests and questions; manages staff issues and holds regular staff meetings; and keeps IT Librarian Miss Vicky in line. A true worker dog.

Miss CallieCat the Diva lives with Children's Librarian Miss Betsey, and when not lounging in her velour-soft bed, Callie is busy plying Miss Betsey for kitty treats, toys, attention, more attention, MORE ATTENTION (please) and crashing every single library staff meeting on GoToMeeting. Come to think of it, she keeps those meetings interesting and engaging, in my opinion. Would request she crash them all.

Pyro is Reference Librarian Mr. Mark's special fren. When not perched on top of stove range hoods and demurely requesting Mr. Mark share some of the tuna in his grocery bag, Pyro's favorite hobbies include lounging in quietude, catnip, eating tuna straight from the can, cuddles, and waiting for Mr. Mark to give him - you guessed it - tuna. Pyro kindly requests you not use a baby voice when addressing him. So noted, Pyro.
